Garmin Edge 500
Garmin has released a new cycling GPS that features a high-sensitivity GPS receiver, requires no calibration, can be switched quickly and easily between bicycles and connects wirelessly with ANT+™ compatible third-party power meters.

The EDGE 500 GPS can track speed, distance, time, GPS position, elevation, calories burned, climb and descent.It can also track changes in a user’s heart rate when used in conjuction with a Garmin heart monitor. Using this heart data it can accurately track the persons burned calories. Retail price is $249.99 and if bundled with a heart rate monitor and speed/cadence sensor, it retails for $349.99.
