Skype 4.1 Beta for Windows Now Available

Skype 4.1 beta is now available for download. One of the feature added on this release is the ability to use screen sharing. Others features include birthday reminders and importing of contacts from other services including Gmail, Windows Live Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL and LinkedIn. If you want to try this beta release you can download it here.

Droid 2 Announced - Available on August 12 2010

Verizon Wireless has announced the availability of the Motorola Droid 2 on August 12, 2010. It will be on pre-sale on August 11 and will be available in stores on August 12. The Motorola Droid runs on Android 2.2 and supports the various applications including Adobe Flash Player 10.1. One of the cool feature of this phone is that it can run as a wireless hot spot for up to 5 devices, though this feature can only be use when you enroll with Verizon Hotspot Service at $20 per month.
