This is a handy feature especially if you have a slow connection, you can just disconnect if you already know you dont have any new messages. The new Nokia 6600i is the successor to its Nokia 6600 phone but with more added features which includes an upgraded 5 megapixel camera with a dual LED flash. Another nice feature of this phone is the hidden external display where you can simply tap the surface to view the hidden display. This touch technology enables you to accept or silence calls , stop alerts or simply reject incoming calls. Gmail has a new additional feature on its Gmail labs. If you received messages with a language other than your native tongue , it will be automatically translated to a language that you can understand. This is made possible by the integration of Google translate to Gmail. To enable this feature just go to SETTINGS>LABS and then check enable Message Translation. Panasonic AG-HMC40: Low Cost Professional Camcorder

Panasonic has unveiled the Panasonic AG-HMC40 camcorder, its latest in the line of its professional AVCCAM system. It is a more lightweight, more compact camcorder design with portability in mind. Features includes full HD 3MOS imagers, a 10.6-megapixal still photo capture, 12X optical zoom and solid-state AVCHD recording. It uses MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 high profile encoding which is greatly superior to the older MPEG-2 compression format. MSI’s eSATA & USB combo solution: Power eSATA

MSI has just announced the implementation of a powered eSATA connector on its AM3 motherboard, the MSI 790FX-GD70. In normal usage an eSATA device needs a separate power source such as an external adaptor or another USB cable. In the MSI implementation no external adapter is needed because the eSATA and USB combo connector already supplies the needed power for the external device. This means other USB ports can be used for other purposes. One thing more about this solution is that the Powered eSATA is 8x more faster than a normal USB port. The powered eSATA is implemented on the MSI 790FX-GD70, it is the first AM3 motherboard to be fitted with the combo solution. A built-in Mobile VPN allows interconnection with company intranets and couple with a Call Connect support it enable businesses to integrate the device on local corporate phone system. Using your Nokia phone you can get relevant information by just pointing your camera phone on any physical objects. Nokia Point and Find service lets you get relevant information from physical objects in real time. Initially this experimental service is available on selected S60 phones and works on select movie posters and barcodes only. But think of possibilities when using this service, a tourist pointing at a landmark and getting instantaneous info about that object. How about pointing it on a person and getting that person's personal information, well that is extreme. This service really is promising. The Lazypad Mouse Replacement

If you work long hours in front of your PC and may find using the mouse for a long period of time quite uncomfortable, a new device may alleviate your distress. The Lazypad from Noahpad is a mouse replacement that is a combination of a touchpad, a mouse and a numeric keypad. Tapping and sliding within the pad moves the cursor position on the screen. The left and right click action on the conventional mouse is also represented on the pad. Dragging is achieved by pressing and then sliding within the pad. Google Search Right Inside Gmail

Did you know that you can use Google search right inside your Gmail account. A new feature in Gmail labs lets you search in Google right inside your account without opening another window. Just go to your setting>Gmail labs and enable feature. Once the feature is enabled a search box will appear on the right side of your Gmail window. When you type your search a bigger box will appear at th e bottom of the screen containing some of the search result. When you clicked one of the result it will open in a new window or a new tab. You can try it now by going to your gmail acount, and tell me what you think about this feature.
