Panasonic Introduce Three New Lumix Camera
Panasonic has introduced 3 new offertings on its LUMIX line of digital cameras. The DMC-FP8, DMC-FZ35 and the DMC-ZR1.
The DMC-FP8
The DMC-FP8 is a 12.1 megapixel digital camera with a high-quality 28mm wide-angle, 4.6x Leica DC lens with folding optics. It also features a high speed autofocus and Panasonic’s Intelligent Auto (iA) suite of technologies. A POWER Optical Image Stabilization help reduce blurry photos caused by the hand shake during the pressing of the shutter. A 2.7-inch large Intelligent LCD display lets you review your photos clearly. A unique face recognition technology can recognized up to 3 persons and can display their names once it is registered.
Other Features:
- HD Movies with VIERA Link Networking - You can record in 1280 x 720p at a smooth 30 fps, in addition to WVGA (848 x 480) and normal VGA (640 x 480.
- Scene Modes- up to 27 photo modes you can choose from to suit your shooting style.
- PHOTOfunSTUDIO 4.0 - It include a software application which lets you edit your photos easily.

DMC-FZ35
Another new camera announced by Panasonic is the LUMIX DMC-FZ35. It is a digital camera featuring AVCHD Lite and High Definition (HD) video recording capability. It is equipped with a powerful 27mm wide-angle with 18x optical zoom LEICA DC lens. It also features an upgraded POWER Optical Image Stabilizer (O.I.S.)which helps reduce camera shake and preventing blurry photos.
Other Features:
- Creative Movie Mode - With this feature you can alter the shutter speed and aperture to create stunning movie effects.
- My Color Mode - You can tweak color, brightness and saturation settings to allow more creative photos while you can see the immediate effects right on the LCD display.
- High Dynamic Mode - You can take photos in adverse light condition with this feature.

The Lumix DMC is truly a compact camera with a 0.3mm thin aspherical lens with 12.1 megapixel resolution. It features a powerful 25mm-ultra-wide-angle, 8x optical zoom** LEICA DC VARIO-ELMAR lens. A zoom range of 25-200mm allows you to capture scenery and also ideal for taking close ups.
