Gmail Undo Send

Another feature has recently been added on Gmail. If you are sending an email and you hit the send button too soon, or you have absent-mindedly sent a reply-to-all message when you don't intend to, you can now undo the sending of the email. Google has recently added an Undo Send option during the sending confirmation. It will appear after the sent confirmation. Once you hit the send button the message will be held for at least five seconds enough for you to click the Undo link.

Once you hit the Undo send , Gmail will return the email so that the message can be recompose or be deleted completely. This feature does not work with email that has already been sent. You can enable this by going to your Gmail Setting>Labs.

This provision by Gmail is an excellent addition and highly useful to many users who are otherwise busy and absent-minded due to heavy workload or mailload.

To all of us who yell, "Oh no," this is wonderful. Thanks for the info.
